DEVELOPMENT WITH PURPOSE.
A structured football curriculum that combines technical skill, physical development, tactical understanding and character growth for players aged 4–18 — built to keep them engaged in school as much as on the pitch.

EVERY SESSION HAS A PURPOSE.
Kickstart is designed to bring professional, age-appropriate football development directly into schools. Players are grouped by age and ability, coached through a progressive curriculum and given a clear pathway from foundation skills to more advanced football understanding.
Technical Development
Ball mastery, passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting, finishing, defending and decision-making.
Physical Foundations
Speed, agility, balance, coordination, mobility and age-appropriate fitness.
Character & Habits
Discipline, teamwork, respect, confidence, responsibility, leadership and sportsmanship.
School Engagement
Participation runs through the school, giving players a direct incentive to stay enrolled and keep attending class.
THE RIGHT CHALLENGE AT THE RIGHT AGE.
Age is the starting point, not the only decision. Coaches can also consider ability, confidence and readiness when organising training groups.
Joy + Movement
Movement, coordination, confidence and simple ball familiarity.
Technique Base
Ball mastery, passing, receiving and early 1v1 confidence.
Technique + Tactics
Scanning, combination play, decisions and competitive application.
Game Intelligence
Positional understanding, tactical awareness and higher intensity.
Performance
Position-specific work, fitness, competition and talent progression.
THREE PILLARS. ONE PLAYER.
Kickstart deliberately develops the footballer, the mover and the young person at the same time.
