PROGRAMME TERMS

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS BEFORE TRAINING STARTS.

Draft public programme terms covering registration, fees, attendance, scheduling, conduct and cancellation. Kickstart management should approve the final legal wording before launch.

DRAFT PROGRAMME TERMS

Registration

A submitted registration does not automatically confirm a training place. Kickstart should confirm the player's programme, location, timetable, group availability and payment instructions before participation begins.

Fees

Published monthly fees are GH₵150 for Development, GH₵200 for Kickstart Plus and GH₵250 for Elite, with a GH₵50 one-time registration fee. Kickstart should publish the approved due dates, payment channels, refund rules and consequences of unpaid fees before collecting payment.

Attendance and punctuality

Players are expected to attend consistently and arrive prepared. Parents should notify the programme when a player cannot attend.

Cancellations and weather

The final terms should state how rain, school closure, coach unavailability, public holidays or other disruptions affect sessions, rescheduling and fees.

Conduct

Players should respect coaches, teammates, opponents, schools and equipment. Serious or repeated behaviour issues should follow a documented communication and disciplinary process.

Programme changes

Age grouping, training group and programme placement may be adjusted where coaching staff reasonably believe another environment better fits the player's development and safety.

Finalisation required

This page is a product-design draft. It should not be treated as final legal terms until Kickstart confirms its operational policies and obtains appropriate review.
